Waypoint Consulting Group, LLC provides expert advice, assistance, guidance or counseling in support of an agency’s management, organizational and business improvement efforts. Consulting services may include organizational assessments and reports documenting any proposed strategic, operational or organizational consultative efforts. Examples of Waypoint’s consulting services include but are not limited to: strategic planning processes, management strategies, service delivery, customer value strategies & plans, business process redesign, performance improvement, organizational and job redesign, human capital management, business and action planning; process management systems; performance measures and indicators; process and productivity improvement.
SIN 874-2: FACILITATION SERVICES
Waypoint Consulting Group, LLC provides professional facilitation services to agencies engaging in collaborative efforts that support focused decision-making and execution against strategic requirements. Waypoint provides expertise and maintains a neutral position to structure and guide diverse working groups, integrated product/process teams (IPTs) or self-directed teams through consensus seeking strategies that explores both common and divergent interests and perspectives. Waypoint utilizes industry standard, best practices to organize cross functional meetings and events. Facilitation services include the utilization of problem solving processes and tools to effectively resolve disputes and divergent viewpoints, defining and refining agenda materials, providing logistics support for meeting planning, documenting discussions and outcomes, debriefing meeting results to leadership teams and stakeholders, convening and leading large and small group discussions and preparing draft and final reports.
SIN 874-7: PROGRAM INTEGRATION AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES
Waypoint Consulting Group, LLC provides expert management and integration services for both programs and projects. These services include strategic planning and communications with stakeholders, high level and detailed project planning, scheduling of all project related activities, project management tools and methods including performance monitoring and measurement. Program integration and project management services also include reporting and documentation associated with all project objectives as well as the preparation and execution of briefings for all project close-out activities.

Business Manager
A Business Manager requires a minimum of 10 years of consulting and/or directly relevant industry experience providing management and strategic direction to program/project personnel. The Business Manager works with the Project Director and/or Project Manager and client staff to monitor all aspects of project quality and risks. The Business Manager supports the identification of potential issues and problem areas and works with the Project Director/Manager in the design of mitigation strategies to effectively resolve project issues. The Business Manager oversees contractual obligations, funds, and resources and operates within client guidance, contractual limitations, and company business and policy directives at all times. The Business Manager maintains regular interaction and communications as required with the Government Contracting Officer (CO) and delegated government representatives.
Executive Consultant
An Executive Consultant requires a minimum of 10 years of experience providing executive leadership and coaching to senior level executives and management. The Executive Consultant has expert knowledge of organizational development and leadership development principles and is responsible for providing expertise, guidance, training and coaching to senior executives and management teams that enable greater organizational effectiveness in driving strategic change initiatives within client environment.
Project Director
A Project Director requires a minimum of 10 years of experience providing management and strategic direction to program/project personnel. The Project Director must possess skill and aptitude in exercising independent judgment, as well as having a high level of analytical skill in solving complex managerial and administrative issues. The Project Director maintains responsibility for fostering client comfort and feasibility with the project objectives and goals and supports the Project Manager in the development of client engagement strategies, project scoping, planning and definition of deliverables against stated requirements. The Project Director assumes responsibility for overall project delivery and oversight of key technical enablers on projects and identification of needs for new tools. The Project Director is proficient in reviewing project plans and deliverables to maintain consistent quality and delivery standards within and between all Waypoint engagements. The Project Director provides management and technical review, industry insight, supports the resolution of project issues and is responsible for coordinating multiple Waypoint projects and teams.
Project Manager
A Project Manager requires a minimum of 10 years of experience providing project management to large scale programs and projects. A Project Manager has extensive experience in all aspects of leading a project, understanding business needs, experience in formulating project definition, isolating success factors, and aligning firm objectives with client needs. A Project Manager maintains the day-to- day interaction with the client, fostering successful program management through performance reviews, assessment and analysis, design and development of solutions, monitoring budget allotments, issues resolution, and implementation. A Project Manager requires expert knowledge of organizational development, business strategy and operations, performance improvement methodologies and human capital strategies. The Project Manager exercises independent judgment and possesses a high level of analytical skill in solving complex business problems. The Project Manager has a proven track record of being a leader in strategic thinking and action planning and maintains primary responsibility for formulating Waypoint work standards, creating strategic project plans, managing client issues and incorporating improvement plans from client and project team feedback. Other responsibilities include overall project strategy development, supervision to project personnel, performance management and tracking of project budgets and expenditures and responsible for the completion and delivery of all project deliverables.
Senior Management Consultant
A Senior Management Consultant requires a minimum of 8 years of experience providing professional consulting services to clients. The Senior Management Consultant must have subject matter expertise in business process management/reengineering tools and approaches, quality management systems, high performance work teams, succession planning, strategic planning, human capital strategies and organizational assessments. The Senior Management Consultant is responsible for executing daily operations as they relate to the overall project strategy and interfacing with client teams to foster collaboration and outcomes aligned with the project objectives and goals. The Senior Management Consultant maintains consistent and close communications with client team(s) and provides timely coordination of all client deliverables and reports to the Project Manager. Other experiences include performing benchmark analyses, building organizational design models, and defining business and technical needs. A Senior Management Consultant provides senior-level analytical and program support, and is focused on providing high performance work. A Senior Management Consultant contributes to engagement work plan development and may lead assigned engagement tasks to completion within scope and budget. Applies business modeling, process modeling, and business design techniques. Conducts analysis of appropriate consulting tools to satisfy program requirements, and creates project deliverables. Formulates diagnoses through financial or statistical modeling, assesses appropriate alternatives, and offers conclusions to Project Manager.
Mid-Level Management Consultant
A Mid-Level Management Consultant requires a minimum of 5 years of experience providing professional consulting services to clients. The Mid-Level Management Consultant must have subject matter expertise in business process management/reengineering tools and approaches, process modeling, HR functional operations and team facilitation. The Mid-Level Management Consultant is proficient in the use of firm tools and enablers to better support the overall objectives and goals of the program objectives. A Mid-Level Consultant executes all planned tasks and activities supporting the overall project strategy, provides assistance with project logistics, may co-facilitate client meetings and contributes to the overall project deliverables. Other experience includes performing benchmark analyses, building organizational design models, defining business and technical needs, and preparing and submitting daily work plans and status reports to the Project Manager. The Mid-Level Management Consultant communicates client expectations to project team, and escalates appropriate issues to the Senior Management Consultant and/or Project Manager as required.
Staff Consultant
A Staff Consultant requires a minimum of 5 years of experience providing professional consulting services. The Staff Consultant must have subject matter expertise in business process mapping, data analysis, organizational assessments, team dynamics and facilitation. The Staff Consultant provides the delivery of all required business analysis activities that directly support the definition of the client’s needs and requirements. The Staff Consultant is also responsible for applying all relevant Waypoint consulting methodologies to support the development of project deliverables.
Business Analyst
A Business Analyst requires a minimum of 3 years experience in providing analytical support to the Waypoint project team. The Business Analyst conducts research, and collects and distills data as required in direct support of client engagements. Other responsibilities include analyzing and documenting data, conducting research, performing financial and data modeling, and preparing appropriate documentation for Waypoint’s clients as required.
Project Coordinator
The Project Coordinator requires a minimum of 3 years experience and provides administrative support services to the Waypoint project team. The Project Coordinator directly supports the Business Manager with duties pertaining to maintaining project records, invoicing and all relevant contract administration responsibilities.
