Frank Nibley - Partner

Frank is a founding Partner with Waypoint Consulting Group and has 20 years of transformation consulting experience working with executives, management and project teams in delivering cost, quality and customer satisfaction improvements across a diverse range of clients. His domestic and international experience includes business process improvement initiatives focused on improving mission critical operations within the Federal Government and efficiency gains resulting in millions of dollars in cost savings within aerospace, manufacturing, telecommunications, health care, defense, law enforcement, banking, and other high tech industries. He is an expert facilitator able to synthesize diverse ideas and win cooperation at all levels and has been consistently recognized by senior leaders, peers, and clients for innovative program delivery that routinely exceeds service level and key performance targets.

Over his career, Frank has published several papers with his clientele highlighting major transformation projects including Space Systems/ Loral for the Journal of Innovative Management and with Texas Instruments for Lehigh University's Iacocca Institute and the National Agility Forum. Frank has been invited to present his work at several major national conferences including the Annual Symposium on QFD, Goal QPC's National Conference, the National Agility Forum, and Motorola’s Six Sigma Blackbelt Symposium. Amy Sobey - Partner

Amy is a founding Partner with Waypoint Consulting Group and has over 14 years of consulting experience focusing on large-scale business transformation solutions. She has worked in a variety of industries addressing the critical elements of organizational effectiveness, including workforce planning and analytics, talent management, workforce strategies, the people dimension of transformation, and virtual workplace management. She has also helped clients to improve key components of change leadership, including leadership development, technology and process adoption, learning and development, culture, knowledge management and capability transfer and communications.

Over her career, Amy has developed a strong focus on maximizing client operations, business processes, organizational structures, supporting information systems and leading practices by identifying opportunities for improved performance, increased effectiveness and efficiency and cost reduction. She has successfully helped clients to bridge the gap between vision and execution by addressing the unique issues facing each client and translating those issues into an executable strategy, performance improvement initiatives and the development and implementation of human capital programs. Don has over 25 years of Federal Government experience spanning sales, marketing, business development, engineering, operations, quality management, manufacturing and executive management. He is a retired United States Air Force officer with a BS in Engineering, an MS in Engineering and an MBA in Finance. He is uniquely qualified to lead Waypoint's growth in the federal market where our services and solutions can help agencies build high-performing organizations.
